SUGGESTED USE

HEADSTRONG 175: Mix 1 level scoop in 6–8 ounces of cold water 30 minutes before workout. Begin with a 1/2 scoop to test tolerance.

POWER ATP: Take 1 serving (3 capsules) 30 minutes prior to workout. On non-training days, take 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach.

PHOSPHATOR: Take five (5) capsules one hour before weight training. On non-training days, take five (5) capsules once per day. Do not exceed five (5) capsules per day.
